Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins is our good game 13 as we move ahead with Gameboy month.

This is by far the best Gameboy ever, and I'm totally open to hear your input on this by commenting on the youtubes or on the site itself.

Why is this the best Gameboy game ever? Simple really, it's basically Super Mario World in your hands. It has a world map, multiple paths, secret areas both within the World Map and Levels, great bosses, solid controls, superb graphics, good use of coins, a bunch of mini-games and so much more.

It's a Super Mario game so you pretty much already know what to expect from gameplay, it's all the other things that tie this package together so nice. It's a perfect sequel to the 1st and is far superior to it as well, anyone who hasn't played it, please do so.

  • I miss my gameboy x_x

  • Ive still got my old Gameboy, but alas I lost the game cartridge I had for this : (

  • how can I save in this game?

i dont understand where can save....help me please

  • Yeah, I loved Wario land too. Initially I thought it was boring, but some of the later levels I remember being intense (for a 5 year old). I also remember when I found debug mode in wario land and basically 'spazzing out'.

  • Cross-game cameos have happened throughout the years for Nintendo games, and especially on 1st party Gameboy games. There were even Gordos in Link's Awakening!

  • Ah, it was either this or Wario Land for me personally.. Such fantastic platformers that are still such a blast to play through to this day.

  • The pumpkin level...

    SQEAKY SQUEAKY SQUEAKY

    xD

  • I saw a Gordo. From Kirby. In a Mario game.

I thought Mario and Kirby had different creators, even when both by Nintendo?

  • I really love this game, I still have it!

    I still have Mario Land 1 & 2

still have all the 6 Wario Land!

I will be very sad when my GBpocket stop working :O

  • warios castle is tough. I've been playing mario forever and that castle still trips me up sometimes. That was just ingeniusly programmed.
