This is pathetic, i felt hurtfully shame for those who consume themselves in xenophobia/hatred , and dreadfully sorry and sad for those who lost their homes and loved ones, i can only wish them patience and comfort for days to come.

Can pass on a hint to the "firefighters" seen in this video - don't spray the trees with the hose, CUT THEM DOWN. In a fire, every tree is your ENEMY - each tree packs a lot of heat and the sparks it gives off will carry the fire across roads.
Anyone see a *single* chainsaw in *any* video from the Greek fires in 2007? Me neither. They are doomed to fail!

Romania is along side with you. On Monday 27 august 2007 the Ministery of Interior and Administrative Reform( MIRA) sent a MI 17 helicopter( crew: 9 persons) with modern equipement for the fight against wild fires.According to the press reales of MIRA this aid represents a proof of the good relations between our countryes. According to MIRA the helicopter will stay in Greece until the last fire will be extincted. I'm sorry for the victims. United we will win!
