I read a Newspaper article on how to legally avoid, (not evade), the TV TAX. I removed a section of the aerial co-ax lead and wrote to TVL stating that I only used my TV sets as monitors. This Vid is of the TVL Man attempting, (unsuccessfully ), to get a 'live' picture. For help and advice, please go to the sites mentioned in the end credits.

I think that he was trying to see if it had a TV tuner card fitted.
I dont know how he could tell because it does not and cannot 'recieve live broadcasts' anyway.
I have been told since, that he could have determined this by just looking at the back of the PC for an aerial connection socket.
The whole point of the video is DONT LET THEM IN.

@MSHAKES57 Oh no. I always open the door! YOU DON'T HAVE A TV LICENSE AT THIS ADDRESS. I also don't have an alcohol, gun or pilot's license. Next? DO YOU OWN A TV? Why? Your concern is licenses - not electricals. I SEE THERE'S AN AERIAL. Do I need a lecense for an aerial? I'M ONLY TRYING TO HELP YOU. Oh, right. Well, you could finish the mortgage, wash the car.... If accidentally he had slipped and broken his neck or his leg. Would you be liable - since he was in your property? I am thinking, Yes, because you invited him into your property.
I would play safe and only let them in if a Warrant is produced accompanied with a police officer!

Basic anatomy... you can only break your neck if you have a backbone... therefore it would be impossible for him to break his neck.....quid pro quo.
As for breaking his leg... I heard that Crapita employees legs are incredibly strong due to the fact that they spend much time crawling on their knees in front of their 'Managers'.
