For some reason I couldn't use my morphine so I just grabbed the collectable and got out of there with my life. After I finished the level I still got detox. Strange.

I got Detox and Ninja..I slowly walked up to the boxes and then went around I got shot on my way to the door but I still didn't use the morphine. :D

is this game 1 vs an army??? i mean this woman kill a whole army or the generals?

Once the first guy goes beyond the hedge line you can run half way to him and than go into stealth and you can kill him and drag his body behind the hedge directly to the left before the guy circling can see you. and than knife him as he circles the first time. Saves a minute or two.
