Connections for Hope is a non-profit center that works in partnership with several non-profit organizations and county agencies in Herndon, VA, to provide homelessness prevention services, medical care, mental health services, homework assistance and other services that foster self-sufficiency, good health, and education that people of all ages and cultures need so that they can participate constructively in the life of their community. Connections for Hope partners include: Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board, Jeanie Schmidt Free Clinic, Just Neighbors, Literacy Council of Northern Virginia, Reston Interfaith and Vecinos Unidos/Neighbors United.
