Despedida Mass 2009 May 9

Last Saturday, May 9, the 12:15pm Concelebrated Mass as a Send Off for Rev. Fr. Peter Nguyen Ngoc Thoai was held at the main chapel. EDSA Shrine Rector Rev. Fr. Nilo Mangussad requested Fr. Peter to preside. The following priests were also present to concelebrate: Rev. Frs. Matthieu Dauchez, Leo Ignacio, Lorenz Festin, Boyet Uyam, and Francis Montero. While Rev. Richard Garrido of the Redemptoris Mater served as Deacon.

Members of the EDSA Shrine Community, as well as regular Mass attendees at the EDSA Shrine were present. Reception held at the Serviam Hall was filled with wellwishers. Food came in abudance.

Thank you Fr. Peter! Thank God for you!
