Episode 4 is the first two poses of the standing sequence, padangusthasana and padahastasana - first two forward bends.

  • @gorangosho If you haven't done any yoga before, then my suggestion is at least two times. When your body and your mind is ready, gradually start to increase the amount to three, four .. up to six times a week. That might take a while though.
