Israeli army 'using white phosphorus' - 12 Jan 08

Human rights groups say Israel is indiscriminately using white phosphorus in Gaza's densely populated areas.

When ignited, the chemical can burn the flesh off of a person, down to the bone.

Israel says the use of white phosphorus is permitted under international law, although it hasn't openly admitted using the chemical.

Ayman Mohyeldin reports from Gaza City.

Why is it that the 117-page Amnesty International report "found no evidence of Palestinian militants using human shields to stop Israeli attacks, but it accuses the Israel Defence Forces of launching attacks from buildings in which Palestinian civilians were sheltering, and charges Israeli forces with killing hundreds of unarmed Palestinian civilians and wanton destruction of thousands of homes."??

If I were the Supreme Molah in charge, I would carpet-bomb a 50-mile wide border with 1,000 B-1 B-2, and B-52 bombers that could drop 40,000 pounds of explosives each. I would keep doing it until the area was void of anything. Be lucky Israel is going easy.

Just a few homemade rockets? I don't care if it's one. If you know the response why do it in the first place? You can't justify "Just one rocket" after you get a bloody nose. Do not start something that you can't handle, period. Be grateful, because if it were up to me, I would carpet-bomb that whole area and make a 50-mile wide buffer zone.
