  • kempo is not a passsive fighting art. To be good daily practice for years is needed. For self defence a cell phone and mace are better. If you have not boxed in twenty years you still hit hard, if you have not been in a Dojo in two years don't fool yourself. When I competed in Kempo twenty years ago I still have my stopwatch timed events, I look at the times and never fool myself.

  • most unrealistic shit ive ever seen......

  • Crappy and unrealistic. Never teach this kind of BS to a student, he's gonna get himself killed in the streets.

  • wtf thats not realistic self defense

  • @hungbangs2 keep believing that....kenpo works well...have used it sadly but a must..he is not even showing you any speed..i can react to you grabbing me so fast and hit you before you have the time to say WTF...

  • Seems pretty unlikely that an attacker with a pistol would come so close to you that they'd actually touch your chest with the barrel. The advantage of firearms is that you don't need to be that close. Obviously if you want to practice techniques against firearms you have to assume that the attacker would be very close, but its important to remember how unrealistic that is.

  • @SentToSet don't be a getto idiot

  • this shit don't matter if you gotta gun haha

  • lol

  • nice to see these techniques again, part of my history. i commend you on your patience with all the critics, like you say, they are teaching tools to be done with as the individual pleases, but important that the root techniques are passed on. best wishes and respect.
