Just downloaded this entire book from Apple store. Its not that expensive. Recommendable.

just keep walking :) .. its not all at once in my experience just a little more awake .. get caught again .. a little more awake .. get caught again .. Eckharts experience is very unusual of just waking up all at once .. for most of us its a journey where we just get sick of suffering .. step by step, moment by moment and for me year after year lol .. but am getting there now its more constant.adyashanti & mooji are also great teachers of this, my understanding is resist nothing, love everything
