In the Republican Party's weekly radio address, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour said Democrats should scrap their ambitious legislation and concentrate on modest health care changes that could find bipartisan support. (Nov. 7)

I like how he blatantly comes out and tries to blame the current administration for the job losses and economic nightmare that is going on right now, and criticizes spending by the government when the previous administration set the bar for high spending, too -- not even on the American people either -- on a meritless war.

He is not blaming, but saying they are not focused on job creation as they should be. While people are searching for jobs Washington is focused on healthcare. Don't forget the Dems have controlled both houses of congress since 2006. Obama and congress has spent more already than Bush did in 8 years. According to the Congressional Budget Office the lowest cost family non-group plan under the Speakers bill would cost $15,000 in 2016. Pay up or go to jail. You wanted healthcare and now you have it, in the end you will have wished you had not. Besides, how can you afford helathcare when you will be unemployed? And if unemployed your public option premiums will still need to be paid, suckas!
