Many have asked me about the P90X One-on-One Volume 3; particularly the PAP or Post-Activation Potentiation workout. This shows the majority of the moves; keep in mind that the heated warm-up is repeated twice and both the upper and lower complexes are repeated four times. Overall this is an outstanding total body workout and really uses the often neglected stabilizing muscles.
