Boise St. Late Hits Need to Stop

Here is a direct quote from the Idaho Statesman newspaper that was published on 9-25-07 regarding Jeron Johnson, the Broncos safety: "He needs to be a head-hunter type guy," defensive backs coach Marcel Yates said. "When he was in high school, he used to fly around the field and just make plays. He's not at that point yet. Can he be? Yes, I think he can."

This is video from the game in Eugene on 9-20-08 when they played Oregon. The outcome might have been a lot different if Jeremiah Masoli hadn't left the game in the first quarter with a mild concussion.

You idiots are acting like Boise is the only team that commits late hits. Also, the guys in this video were all freshman. Ever hear of Suh, Burfict or any SEC team for that matter?
