NO ES ARSHENCHINA . ES ARGENTINA ( Ar-hen-tina). No es IO CHI AMOU. Es YO ( Sho) TE AMO. "EL SEÑOR" LO PRONUNCIA BIEN. " LA SEÑORITA": NO.

J'adore Fox's Technicolor Pan-American movies from the 40s! Betty, Alice Faye, Don, John Payne, Carmen, and Charlotte Greenwood.........BRILLIANT!
-
美麗多才多藝的Betty Grable 是永遠的巨星.永遠的甜姐兒歌聲也是一絕
-
Most of Grable's immediate ancestors were American, but her distant heritage was of Dutch, Irish, German and English stock

lol, I know Rita HAyworth was more beautiful, the better dancer, and the better singer, but between the two, Grable had "it". There's just something about her that makes me prefer her. I'm thinking if I were a soldier in WWII, I would want to come back to Betty, not Rita. Probably because Grable would seem likely to be more faithful...

yes, the way how she is moving.. like rita.

I can see the tears running down poor Sanford's cheeks.

I think Gov. Sanford must have been watching this clip...
Betty was the most adorable thing EVER. I love her doing this Latin number. I read that Rita Hayworth's father had been Betty's dance teacher. So Betty and Rita kind of have the same dance style.
