One of the few in the minority of games that used the Famicom 3-D glasses, if you tried playing 3d mode w/o the shades you'll be seeing doubles.

For those of you that played "Gradius Gaiden", this is where the ship "Falchion Beta" made its debut.

  • I miss games like this

  • i beat the game!! :D

  • :0 I have this game for my pirate Famicom, I understand why it only worked on certain systems that I have now, It was too heavy for the common NES to handle :I

  • Terrific music.

  • 2:57 That song is featured in Otomedius G!

  • Come now, no high scores if you just avoid everything to survive ;) Not that I blame you, cuz this one's hard without 3D glasses... they need an emu that converts the 3D to red/blue anaglyph.

  • No Wonder Its Not On The Gradius Collection/Portable

  • I bet this game is way more awesome with the 3D System.

  • It's actually just a spinning plus sign.

  • OK, I paused on the blue bullets again and what I though was a skull/crossbones in the middle actually seems to be a phallic symbol. I'm serious, prove me wrong.
