Watch the video and follow along with the descriptions of the bars routines below and why they were deducted.

Most of our routines have major releases and big dismounts (D's are worth .1 bonus and E's are worth .2 bonus). We are hitting our routines very well with. Small deductions on hitting handstands, small form errors and dismount landings are the things we are working to improve.

Routine No. 1: Aliza Vaccher -- score 9.725, start value of 10.0, but she does not have a major release.
Aliza was tight and clean during the first half of routine, but got loose on overshoot to handstand, toe hecht to high bar could be higher, short on last handstand before dismount (E- full out- tuck position), and never opened the dismount before landing, small step forward.

Routine No. 2: Amanda Cline -- score 9.6, start value 10.0. Her first handstand was a little short of making it all the way to handstand, then she pulled in on geinger (major release D) and caught bar close with not much swing, bail to handstand was good, last handstand short, giant full not done in handstand and legs loose and apart, dismount is a basic 2/1 back tuck (C), feet were flexed and small step on landing.

Routine No. 3: Lauren Rogers -- score 9.675, start value of 10.0 but she does not have a major release. Short first handstand, giant ½ and giant 1/1 very good, bail to handstand good, last handstand very loose and archy and short, dismount (E-2/1 front) went back instead of up and took big step back on landing.

Routine No. 4: Kristen Linton -- score 9.75, start value of 10.0. Mount could show more amplitude over the low bar, archy first handstand, everything else very nice—good handstand positions and tight body (stalder Higgins to invert grip (D)+ major release jaeger (D), dismount (E-full out-tuck position)high and good technique but probably a slight deduction for not showing control on landing before saluting judges.

Routine No. 5: Samantha Walior -- score 9.775, start value of 10.0. First handstand was a little short, very nice jaeger, bail to handstand could be tighter, blind change a little loose during turn, dismount (E-2/1 front)good but big step forward on landing.

Routine No. 6: Ruby Engreitz -- score 9.675, start value of 10.0. Could show more amplitude on mount, nice geinger (major release D), giant full finished a little late, pac salto (D) was nice, dismount (E-full out-layout position) showed really good position but didn't rotate as well and landed a little short with a big step forward.
