Nice light! and thank you for posting one of the only videos on this light for us all to see. Just one question... How loud is it over all? How loud is the light (if there is a fan in the light housing) and the ballast?

No Sweat. Rather quiet, light itself makes no noise, ballast makes a little though doubt you'll hear it over the other usual tank sounds. No fan so either run open top or add a clip on fan or PC fan if your worried about heat.
