kay i know everyone here proobably thinks macs are outragesly expensive and im not going to lie they do come kinda pricey but when you think about it if you buy a mac you dont have to worry about buying antivirus stuff, new bateries, hardrives extra ram, or anything and those 600 dollar hp's or dells dont come with anything you endup spending all your extra money on other crap trying to make it halfway good as the macs

Answer's simple: if you have the money, switch.
Not only do you get your mentioned points, but you also have the stability of a rock-solid, stable UNIX system designed seamlessly with the hardware.
People will try to tell you they're over priced, but you get what you pay for, durable hardware and a system that will last up to five years without showing signs of fatigue.
And, as you said, there is NOT ONE virus in the wild written for OS X.
