My son, Paul is serving in 1-7 Calvary and is currently stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. He has served in Kuwait and Iraq and will be in the states for the next 10-12 months.

  • hey doc, glad to see ur son home, i went through ft hood for my training for deployment to iraq in 04. hood is hot as hell!! and damn humid!!! the place is huge

  • Realize that you are a lucky man. You can drink a beer and smoke a cigar with your son.

    I wish I could have a beer and smoke a cigar with my father. Yes he is alive, he hates drinking and smoking and knows that I do both. Please just don't forget that your situation is not typical and you are fortunate.

  • Thank your son for serving, and allowing me to sit down and enjoy a nice tasty cigar. Thank you Doc for your wonderful knowledge and amazing humidor, in which I sometimes wish I could tap into and have an amazing tasty cigar.
