  • Guys, anyone: I'm not a native-speaker, so maybe I don't understand something (actually I CAN understand only few words cause of creepy sound), so could anyone help me with the question: how often this all should be done? The whole day long or what? Does he say anything about that? Thanks in advance!

  • I am 9days after ACL reconstruction and I can do almost all exercises.Important is condition of your leg before surgery. That is all. My leg was is very good condition, I hard worked on it 1month before surgery (jogging, spinnig, fitness..). I tored my ACL before 4years and now I planned this surgery.

  • I just got an ACL reconstruction surgery about two weeks ago and if someone told me to stand up and push a towel against a wall, I would hit them with my crutch. I have a six month recovery period and I would flip a bitch if I had to that.
