What a clown Gibson is. It's OK to destroy the constitution to achieve what?? Certainly a nations without a constitution. Heck, why even have a constitution, why not just elect a president with unlimited powers for life. If the constitution ONLY applies when it suits the government then it wasn't worth writing and the revolution was a waste of time.

Yes, Union is important and you fight through negotiations and refering to the constitution to settle those disputes. You don't stage/provoke a battle to start the war, issue arrest warrants for people people who disagree with you (including the chief justice), shut down over 200 newspapers that disagree with you, make this beautiful thing called "executive order", i can go on and on.
