'What you resist persists!' Instead of making the ego (or the whole person) something to push against (and according to Law of Attraction, that will just bring MORE of what you don't want), tis better to notice the contrast and then CHOOSE what you prefer. If I notice too much drama, I can choose to not participate or even be the one who brings about a peaceful resolution.
