@natengng55 you have no idea just like everyone else on the planet how you would react in a situation like this. this is pretty much as horrific as it gets for domestic terrorism. we have no idea how we would be under such immense physical and psychological torture.

@ultran33b Did you watch the scene? The two of them are completely crushed to their core about what just happened to their son. They know he's dead, so I think that's why they're not looking at him in the corner of the room. I don't think they can bring themselves to look, which is understandable.

They are in shock. Of course they know their son is dead. They're still trying to survive, do you not see the pain they're in when they are both on the floor together? The characters are emotionally exhausted - why does no one get that?
