@ALLDAY380 Yes it is. What he did not show (but should have to avoid negative comments) is that there is a cast iron pan above the turkey fryer burner which is filled with wood chip/chunk. Its indirect heat smoke generation instead of direct smoke generation from actually burning the wood. If you keep the temp down enough and keep the oxygen low in the box, the lump wood will actually turn into beautiful lump charcoal for later use.
