Wow, first time ever I see American Airlines flight attendants smiling. They also don't know how to say "please", "thank you" and "I'm sorry", but on international flights you are sure to find at least one who can bark orders or mumble "beef, chicken or pasta?" (with 3 seconds for you to answer before she turns her back) in a language other than English.

I travel a lot. AA is a company I am not a big fan of. They have an aged fleet that should have been replaced long ago! But they ar frendly with out smilyng.

But what about

Scandinavian Airlines.

They reek of quality and Scandinavian simplicity and kindness. That's what I call professionalism! They are extremely friendly and everything is done with precision! If I have the option when I'm out in the world, I travel with Scandinavian Airlines!

Honestly, i am surprised to include the American Airlines attendants in here. This airlines sucks, i went to an interview once and i i tell you the truth NO sane person want to work there. They have ugly faces and attitides. I flew so many times but i have never seen professional and good looking people except at Turkish Airlines. They are definitely good at choosing professional, positive attitude, respectful and beautiful people there.
