How to put Froyo on Droid Eris

heres a tut on how to put froyo on droid eris

NOTE: If you are stuck in a boot loop restore from your backup you made and then make sure you wipe your data and cache and reflash

NOTE: If it says error while running privileged commands in rom manger. It means you are not rooted. You MUST root to do this.

Followed the directions, eris is now bricked and worthless. Like a screen-saver that never goes away till battery dies.

where does it save the back up if i click backup existing ROM on 9:25 in this vidio
