If a guy loses his virginity at 11, guys think "alright!" But if a girl does, everybody thinks it's disgusting.
I believe if we don't put so much emphasis on virginity and aren't uptight about sex, we wouldn't have these problems.
Anyway, if you don't feel like you can be honest with the person, then you should look for something else. Try first, though.

I think society in general is really ignorant regarding sex. Any time a female says she has had sex outside of an exclusive relationship and doesn't mind it she is called slut and whore. I wouldn't share anything except my health status because some people are so extreme and judgmental and love to put labels on people. What does it matter how many partners someone has had? I agree with Dan. You can't tell me how moral I am or define my character because of my sexuality.

They always miss the point, they are never able to help us. All they say is oh your beliefs/morals are stupid, let go.
If your morality in not to be promiscuos and your partner was, ok you can't imposse your morals to her, but if she wants you to be ok with her previous 40 sex partners... aint that imposing her morals to you??
