Performance of "Something To Talk About" (Bonnie Raitt) with Apollo West Soul Singers at the Juneteenth celebration in Carson, CA.
I had a BLAST! It was so fun and there were some very very talented people there!!
I'm singing lead with Rosie Tate and Marvin Clayton backups. I'm so grateful to Marvin for asking me to sing this song and this incredible celebration. I learned about Juneteenth and what it means to the African American community and how it signifies freedom and dignity.
