My friend bet me i couldnt do it, this was the day after i trained back, was really sore but still managed to power through it. I think i can get 25 fresh atleast.

  • Super lifts, but I would not focus on dead-lifts at your age so much, save your back until you stop growing around 20. Unless of course you are over 6' already. :)

  • I´m 17 yars ,too , but i only train since 11month , i do deadlift with 315 ,too but only for 4-5reps !!!! But i think that guy trains since 2 or 3 years !!!!!! Great job , awesome
