MTH Premier PRR K4s Pacifics (4-6-2) triple-headed in action. One is the original issue PS1 that I converted to PS2, the other two are the PS2 issues in prewar and postwar livery and design. All three are set as a lashup with DCS and respond as a single locomotive. Please visit my web site - http://www.toytrains1.com - to see lots more videos of model (and real) trains in action! A NEW VIDEO OF THE TRIPLE-HEADED K4s's HAS BEEN SHOT IN TRUE HD 1080p! See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_iycBxubjs

  • No, RailKing steamers have the cast-in coupler. Premier steamers come with a scale coupler installed and a dummy knuckle coupler that can be substituted for it.

  • Where can i get one of these K4s?

  • They came out a while ago, so your best bet would probably be the secondary market like eBay.

  • Trainworld on Long Island has both the pre and post war K4's by MTH. JR Junction up in Syracuse, NY has pre-war on clearance for $749 bucks. Can't beat it if you don't mind the pre-war version. Hope this helps.

  • I really want one of the postwar ones (2nd of the 3). Are these still sold anywhere? I havnt been able to find them anywhere.

  • how the heck did you get them to connect. the fronts of the engines made by mth are just little stubs instead in couplers

  • How did u do that..did u use the DCS System??

  • can you quad head them

  • damn, i wish i had some cool shit like that.

  • Wow! That's a great video there man! Those 3 K4s look so cool in one consist, man. Keep up the good work!

  • Cool video, man. Those K4s look really awesome, man. I've seen both of the surviving ones before. But anyway, keep up the good work, man!
