Bought this 2 years ago when it came out, and bought a versamax last year....the versamax has been more reliable and has a lot faster action.but the browning swings a bit better. the versa max fits me a little better and seems to be better balanced and is much much easier to clean. the maxus doesn't like cold weather especially when its raining, but the versamax keeps on chugging. the versamax has tighter tolerences but the maxus has better materials overall i cant decide which one i like better

@baseballplyr2203 the beretta may be better for you, personally im a beratta fan but the browning maxus is the best autoloader by far. its light, smart, easy to hold, low muzzle jump. the whole thing is thought out, they havent missed a thing in my opinion.

@wrightson95 no you sir are an idiot i have shot all three guns many times the maxus jams with low base while my extrema 2 and my dads extreme unico have never jammed even after not being cleaned for about a year..... also the amount of kick from the maxus is way more than the better and the shoulder pad on the maxus is very cheaply made.....and i was a browning guy until my extrema 2 i loved my gold hunter until it started jamming all the time so im not biased

@CrazySteelShot this is a brilliant design and it never jams. there must be something wrong with yours because ive fired everythinbg and know problems. also its the lightest autoloaded so how is the a400 lighter.
the only fault is that it is hard to opperate a semi on walked up. so browning put the magazine lock on, which makes it easier

@baseballplyr2203 you dont even know how wrong you are. this advert doesnt even cover everything. it is just so well thought out. and it fires every type of cartridge and looks so good.

does the browning Maxus come with its own case???

would this gun be any good for a zombie apocalypse?
-
this gun is a piece of shit compared to the extrema 2, a400, and extreme unico

shot about 4000 rounds 2@3/4 3, and 3@1/2 shells with varying loads through mine with no issues - sporting clays / 5stand, geese, ducks. in cornfields and in canoes - performs admirably. Very light to carry, swings nice, shoots soft with a variety of loads, duratouch finish - modb is very nice when wet, and even better when dry. Great gun - functions as advertised, looks good to. Easy to clean with very few parts to assemble and lose :).
browing is the best!
