This video shows employees of AT&T Enterprise business accounts (with pre-defined permissions set by their Company Administrator), how to self-register, setup their Login Profile, verify their email address for correct access to Premier and who to contact for assistance, if needed. TEXT INSTRUCTIONS:

Are you a Corporate Responsibility User who's ready to start using Premier? Then take the first step and register!

Your company administrator defines the permissions that determine your online care and billing capabilities, including your ability to self-register.

Start by going to https://www.wireless.att.com/business . On the Premier login page, go to the First Time User section... and click the link labeled register. On the Premier Registration page, enter your 10-digit wireless number and click Continue.

Then check your wireless device for a text message from Premier. This could take several minutes. The text message contains a Personal Identification Number, or PIN, that you will need to continue. If you don't receive the text message, contact Premier Support for assistance.

After you receive the text message, enter your PIN and click Continue. If you make a mistake entering the PIN, you can always click this link to have a new PIN sent to your wireless device.

On the Registration page, required fields are indicated by an asterisk. First, complete the Login Profile section. Then, enter your postal address for security purposes. Finally, click Continue.

Follow the instructions for accepting the terms and conditions and then click Continue again. The confirmation page displays an important message about verifying your email address. When you're finished reading this message, click OK.

You'll be logged out of Premier and then returned to the Premier login page. Before you log in, you must verify your email address. Look for an email message from Premier. It is valid for only 24 hours, so proceed as soon as possible.

In the email message, click Login. You'll be taken to Premier. Your email address has been verified and your registration is now complete.

To begin using Premier, click Continue. Be aware that if you log in before verifying your email address, Premier will display a warning message and you will have limited access until you complete the email verification process.

If the email message is no longer valid... you can restart the email verification process by clicking this link in the warning message. Confirmation that the email has been resent is displayed. When you receive the new email message from Premier, proceed as soon as possible.

And that's it! Premier makes it that easy for you to register as a Corporate Responsibility User.
