In a 1974 article critic Lester Bangs remarked that a certain guitarist would "lash at the rafters" with his playing....if he had heard the sting and tone of Healey's playing he would have needed Primatine....JH could just squeeze out notes with his thumb like no one we have ever heard....only guy not afraid to get on stage with him seemed to be SRV...they say he was mostly playing brass in a jazz club right before he passed....what an amazing musician...RIP Jeff...
