FYI: Aortic Stenosis occurs during systole of LV. Since Aortic valve is stenosed sometimes LV pressure reaches 300mmHg while pressure in Aorta remains normal. Therefor during systole blood jetting out at a tremendous velocity through small opening of Aortic valve.

The turbulent blood against Aortic wall causes "Intense Vibration" & "Loud murmur". its so loud it can be heard several feed away from patient and vibration can be felt on the "Upper chest" & "Lower neck" a phenomenon called "thrill"
