@devinkk It's crazy how western Europeans try to claim Rome and Greece when both Rome and Greece were more related to Africans, Southern Europeans, and Eastern Europeans than Northern or Western Europeans. You are correct. In actuality Greek culture stems from Ancient Egypt and Ancient Ethiopia. Those were BLACK AFRICAN nations. So Blacks did originate this shit and we continually re-invent it as well. For one, Die Antwoord is not European, they ARE South African. They embrace the many ethnicities that make up SA. I understand your dislike of cultural appropriation, and I feel the same about it in many instances. Yet, saying that rap is an African American only music would mean also that since metal music (or classical even), for example, was forged by white men that people of color cannot appropriate that genre. That only limits everyone.
