I don't think this is a fair comparison. You JUST said that you have "never held an iPad" so why is this a fair review?
-
you make this video and u have never used devices u are talking about?
-
to add on to that post, Apple needs to change their LAYOUT!!!! its getting so boring!!!!!

the ipad really is almost exactly like an ipod but bigger and like you said, there is almost no customization in the ipad, but the XOOM is the most epic tablet of all time and I've seen it myself and i hope these updates will come soon and i dont like the thinness of apple devices, makes them feel week. The only bad thing i think about the XOOM is the buggy stuff...

yay xoom won. ipad 2 thin means it can snap easier
Does Honeycomb 3.1 support sd cards?

@Schecterguitarz I think 3.2 supports reading SD Cards. Unfortunately, it still can't write to sd cards, you can only look at stuff already on the card.

Review fails
iPad 2 screen better then Xoom. Because Xoom is LCD crap (same as my nintendo Ds 8 years old) and iPad 2 has LED.
Also why not mention apps:
Right now: 18 April 2011
Apple 80.000 apps iPad
Android 43 apps tablets
Apple will always have more apps because android has defragmentation problems (to much sorts of screen sizes)
One more tip hold them both in ur hands before even thinking to make a review...

@uggluck14 Soooo..... you're saying the xoom doesn't have LED? Or do you mean IPS? iPad display is definitely better, but the xoom is perfectly acceptable. I will'also say that, while the xoom does have less tablet apps, honeycomb does a great job of scaling phone apps to the point where you forget they are phone apps. Phone apps on the iPad are simply zoomed in and blurred.
Oh, and just a disclaimer. I've held both in my hands. iPad is crazy thin, but you dont notice the differenc using it.

@uggluck14 That's not to say I don't like the iPad, because I do. It has more made for tablet apps, which will always be better than phone apps. But the fragmentation argument is so stupid it kills me when people use it.
