@mirandasisco the octopi have never even been reported in the Illinois River...? They are only reported, as far as I know, in or around Lakes Tenkiller, Oolagah, and Thunderbird..
I remember when that boy at the beginning drowned... and I honestly do not think it was some accident... That boy was pulled under.... I live in Oklahoma as well, and I think the octopi are a perfectly plausible probability when it comes to all the unexplained drownings in our state.

Wow!! Really?? Yeah I highly doubt... I live in Oklahoma and have never heard of such a thing. I am the only person to ever survive drowning in the Illinois river this happened to me in 2004 I have no doubt it was not an octopus!!
