This is the second episode of the planned "My Skirmish gun" series.

The Mk23 is a very accurate and very silent, almost noiseless sidearm with a simple internal mechanism. As the slide does not moves during shooting the gas efficiency is outstanding, while the silence of the gun (the target only hears the impact and maybe the bb whistle when hit) is great to have. The range is approx 40 meters (aimed) where it still can hit a torso sized target with no problem.

Can you use Abbey Ultra Gas with the MK23?

@MadDirtMonkey As far as I know all marui guns are designed to use HFC 134A (afaik abbey is hfc) so It should work without issues however here we only use green, therefore I cannot confirm.

Furthermore the internal mechanism of the mk23 is nbb so the only thing that gas affects is the speed of the bb... I should be OK.

oh. going to add something. if you live the us this gun is being sold by mult. people on ebay check most of the sellers have every thing that came with the gun. lowest price is 55.00 US dallors. Hop this helps you guys in buying one.

@NOWAYOUT688 Unfortunately I live in the EU so most of the US guys do not risk to send guns outside the states. :)) Will check ebay. For 55 it is a steal. Mine costed approx 180 usd.

i was pissed when i found out that gn was discontiude rigth now all i need is the lam unit i got the gun (by Y&P) do u know were to buy the lam unit
