This song has been mistakenly thought of as done by Coldplay but it's actually by Faultline who features Chris Martin, not the entire Coldplay band members.
All you have to do is go to iTunes and search for Faultline. You'll find both the instrumental and vocal version of the song on their album along with other notable featured artists.

It's by Faultline and the song is called "Your Love Means Everything". I suggest you get the vocal version featuring Chris Martin - it's awesome.
