Smoking more of the good stuff!, this time Ned attemps Pastrami with beef briskit, a 3 pound slab at 3$ a pound. Extra charcoal was required for this 6 hour epic adventure in smoking.

  • @ARLINBENZ I was trying to follow the recipe by 007bondjb, hes got the good stuff over there. My mistake was letting the water pan go dry, always check your water pan keep it filled to keep the meat nice and juicy!
