A lovely performance. My favourite version of this song is by Irish soprano, Ruth Kelly Brady, check her out on iTunes, you won't be disappointed!

@zucchini2007 "I think it has something to do with Barbara's ethnicity, I guess there's still a lot of racism against Hispanics here in America." Sorry, I don't agree. From your following post, it sounds as if you are the kind of person that revels in being a victim. Americans don't hate Hispanics (I live in California so I know), so get over it.

@glassywaves1 How dare you call me a racist? That's the dumbest thing I've ever read! What a cheap shot that was.

@zucchini2007 Puhleeze! She lost because she sings opera! The audience for AGT doesn't have a clue what opera is. For racism, zucchini2007 only needs to look in the mirror.

she really needs sheet music for this song???? geeez. i like her, she just needs to work n dynamics. not so forte all the time a little too much.

god that was so beautiful - just wonderful.

@mypertrainbow: she has musical accompaniment so, a cappela generally refers to singing without musical accompaniment. Although, I believe (Italian speakers feel free to correct me) that a cappela literally means 'of the chapel' so literally she would be....beautiful voice no matter
