As the 2010 Mountain Stage NewSong Contest Winner, Brooklyn-based musician Amber Rubarth won the chance to record an EP with Grammy winning producer Jacquire King (Norah Jones, Kings of Leon, Tom Waits, Modest Mouse).
This is the first of a two part series documenting the journey Amber takes from wining the contest to recording with Jacquire.
