This is part one of two posted by Sportponies Unlimited [http://www.sportponiesunlimited.com]: dressage at the Red Hills CCI***W. After earning a 29.6 in Advanced at Rocking Horse, followed by a 33-point-something (I think) in OI at Rocking Horse, the little snit proceeded to explode multiple times at Red Hills, earning a blisteringly non-competitive 69.8 to place a something like third from last. He did, however, redeem himself somewhat in stadium (after two not-really-his-fault, tough-course refusals on x-c) by having one of very, very few double clear rounds.

  • sorry am i missing the point teddy was amazing

  • @ValleYaBoy123 Then keep an eye out for his two brothers, both of whom are working their ways up the levels. Cooper is 14.3h and going Prelim at age 6. Coda is 14.2 and at Training level, age 5. I just posted a video of Cooper (search for "Fosters Bold Favorite") jumping a decent-sized grid.

  • @ValleYaBoy123

Are you responding to what I wrote? I just thought you'd be intrigued to see how well his brothers jump, too. I just posted a couple of videos of them doing four feet (search for "Theodore al Coda" and "Fosters Bold Favorite." Coda is 14.2h and Cooper (FBF) is 14.3h.

  • how did he die

  • @1nikomi Yeah, thats what I meant. Thanks! :)

  • @416tayjay there's no such thing as "complimation". i think your looking for "conformation"

  • @416tayjay i think you're thinking of a different horse. Theodore Oconner was a TBx used for eventing. And he is not too heavy for a TB, certainly far too light for a WB

  • @416tayjay he's 1/2 TB, 1/4 Shetland and 1/4... darn i forget now. QH or welsh

  • @TheDytje im glad you have had such sensible horses. Not all are as mild- mannered though

  • @wdfrider the O'Conner's are advocates for the Parelli method, which is supposed to be based on not using extensive force. My preference is to use many different methods, but thought I'd throw it out there.

  • @crazydasiy16 - its called forceful horsemanship.... sadly thats how lots of top horse riders get to where they are today. And im not shooting down the pony, i'm shooting down the trainer.

@AurasVestale - first of all you make no sense, so i pretty sure your the one failing

  • @wdfrider So I can assume that I know your horse's name and he does better than this horse ever did? Go troll elsewhere because you fail at it.

  • wdfrider - just shut up and dont shoot down on the pony. He was a great horse. If his headset was fake, would he have gotten so far?
