  • @powerofktulu More like Kinect revival so I can use a real hammer!

  • A good idea for this game is for Nintendo to revisit it, give it to someone like Epic or Rocksteady.

  • Who doesn't like a good beat-em-up?

  • I Can Only Imagine the Epic Bosses they would've gave us

  • @AKAPhilfish Yes, I'd suspect that if a big magazine like Nintendo Power got involved and generated interest on the mass scale, it would make a big difference. But also, the sales of those 3 games in Europe will have the most effect. I believe Animal Crossing had sold very well in USA, hence Nintendo were encouraged that the European customers would also find it attractive. I'm not sure how Xenoblade has sold so far, but I'd be very surprised if you didnt see at least 1 of the 3 games in USA.

  • @blablablablabla951 Right the campaign may or may not have swayed Nintendo one way or the other, but every little bit helps I should think. I wonder what Nintendo Power's stance is on Xenoblade, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower releasing in the U.S.? I mean if Nintendo Magazine UK got involved in the Animal Crossing campaign then Nintendo Power should get involved here in the states for those three games, or at least Xenoblade.

  • @AKAPhilfish The only successful petition/campaign I can think of is the Animal Crossing one. The official Nintendo magazine in the UK started a big campaign to try and get Animal Crossing released in UK/Europe. Eventually Nintendo decided to release it, although whether or not that campaign had any real effect on their decision is debatable. But the story goes that it's because of that campaign that we got Animal Crossing in europe! :D

  • @AKAPhilfish Yes, I was thinking of Rainfall. I'm from Europe myself, and after all the hype I heard about it I thought I'd check it out. I was shocked to find it was only about 3000 people or so. I mean, 3k is a lot of people but like you said it's nothing considering there were 35mil consoles sold there. Also, it's very likely that most of those people wouldn't even actually BUY the game if it came out. Like Shakespeare said: "All things that are, are with more spirit chased than enjoyed"

  • @blablablablabla951 No, they never work because Operation Rainfall has come up totally lame thus far. With just over 3,000 Twitter followers, under 10,000 Facebook likes, and 415 blog followers it's been nowhere near enough to make an impact on Nin NA. There have been 35 million Wii consoles sold in the U.S., so unless at least a million more people join that fight it will probably be a lost cause. It's been one of the more talked about petitions too. Nin NA says no to all requests!

  • Looks great; wonder why it was cancelled?
