  • I gotta say man, your tutorials on your website are great... After reading them I did my first levers without too much struggle, and I had never even thought of using a supinated grip for a muscle-up... Just want to say thanks, and that it's a shame there's nobody around to help me with these skills where I live. Train hard.

  • Thanks man! That's what the site is for - helping people who might not have this information otherwise.

  • @BeastSkills hey man, i firstly wanna say that your website is awesome and it's helped me heaps. But i've popped my shoulder out (both arms) about 20 times in the last 2 years. Does this limit my ability in terms of what ill be able to achieve, such as the flag and one armed chin-up. And do you suggest any exercises that could strengthen my shoulders so i'd be able to have a chance to do the flag and one-arm chin-up. Thanks man

  • @Coops931 Work the push-ups, chin-ups, overhead presses, and rows. If there's laxity in the ligaments, then strengthening up the muscles will help protect the joint. Keep on working hard and see where you get.

  • I've pulled a 455 lb deadlift at a bodyweight of 161 lbs. I'm 5'7" and have grabbed the basketball rim.

Guess my calves look thin and weak though! Thanks for the totally unrelated comment to the video!
