This summer I went to Philmont, Expedition 701-C. Best trip of my life. I was 13 and my parents couldn't come, but being with my patrol felt like family.

What's with all the female staffers? We would have loved that back then...........more fun :) Call me a chauvanist, but the thought of girls out there just isn't the same since it's a BOY scout camp. (I know I'll get hate mail for saying that)

I loved my time working at Philmont in 82/83, but the nerdy uniforms could go. Cimarron is a nasty litte town that I had to go to High School in...........a lot of good history, but outside of friends at Philmont, I would never go back.
