and he follows those things? you mean to say hes buddhist? if he is, he is not demonstrating respect at all. i think you just don't know what im talking about. during the vietnam war buddhist monks in vietnam and cambodia burned themselves in a form of extreme protest to the war because of the negative effects of the people and the earth. im a buddhist and i find the name offensive. having a buddha tattoo is kinda cool, but that does not make the name any less disrespectful.
