This was a lot of fun back in the day in the style of Bounty Bob Strikes Back, Beer Belly Burt, etc...

This is a Frank Cohen game, isn't it? It seems to have his style written all over it. I can't help but think of Ollie's Follies and Burt's Brew Biz when I see this. :)

Good Old Times. I loved this game. I also got an Atari 800XL and it was such a great machine for gaming. I remember now this game since over 20 years ! Cool Computer, nice with loading Games by Tape (time to cook a tea ;)
Thanks for the Impressions. Good old times...

You are correct. It's a home computer but I used to play Nuclear Nick on it. I'm pretty sure that the only differences between XE and XEGS was the joysticks and the gun - same computer and operating system.

That's not a game system; it's a home computer. The 65XE was basically an 800XL with a memory upgrade. The 800XL, in turn, was an upgraded version of the Atari 800 designed in 1978.
Interestingly enough, it was made into an actual game system in 1987 called the XEGS. It flopped because the technology was nine years old and horribly dated.

Do you know what the difference is between this game system and Atari 65 XE?
You're very good at this game. I wish you would've shown the ending though. Or does it just go back onto stage one after you finish the last stage?

Yes, after stage 20, the game begins again.
