They have this stuff in chinatown. It's just a sweet pancake batter cooked in a different shape. The ones I've had are crisp on the outside when fresh, and very fluffy in the middle. Sometimes they taste like lemon/orange. $1 for 15 (used to be $1 for 20 but... the economy's bad)
