Annie appeared under subpoena with a lawyer when she eventually spoke to Detectives in January 09. This suggests imo she was/is rattled about the accusations she could supply Xanax. I think she's holding back a little and is torn in several directions, self preservation, misplaced loyalty to the A's and the desire to tell the truth. I feel sorry for her but moreso ,Jessie, Amy and Riccardo who are having to Lawyer up due do CA's loose accusatory mouth. That woman has alot to answer for.

These poor kids. None of them should have to fear Cindy or any of the Anthonys. The Anthonys have no right to drag anyone else further into this web of deceipt & denial. If I were a parent of one of these young people, I would make it very clear that if the Anthonys try to pull any more of their BS, trying to blame ny son or daughter for what they don't want to admit, I would be finding my own atty to make sure they knock it off. These young people have gone thru enough.

From Annie's police report, I don't believe her. She "couldn't remember" the doctor who gave her the prescription for Xanax two years before. She was uncommunicative about the whole subject.

I agree with most of these comments here that these young adults who are not really mentally prepared for this sort of tragedy have been through enough. I really am hoping that at this stage of the game, most of them have moved on with jobs and homes and are trying to put this behind them the best they can.  Of course, they will be dragged through it again once the trial comes but hopefully they are getting established enough to carry on with life after Casey. Cindy Anthony should be ashamed.

I disagree with you, dthorn, because my boyfriend is from Sierra Leone and he said their prisons aren't fit for human beings and yet you can simply drop your children off their once you get tired of them and the guards will gladly take them in for torture. There are NO trials, NO juries, or honest attorneys.

America is by far the cleanest most updated run prison system in the world. Yes the judicial system is messed up, but most prisons are home away from home to convicts.

to response to barbface-annie clearly stated she knew of casey n high school but they were not friends or hung out.they started hanging out after casey started dating brandon snow.thats why annie didnt know casey didnt graduate.listeb clearly when annie speaks.lol
